Jayne W. Joyner

Jayne W. Joyner is a Senior Associate Professor in the Early Childhood and Education Department at Everett Community College in Everett, Washington. She also teaches the Tulalip College Leadership Series at Edmonds Community College.

She has more than 20 years of teaching experience in elementary school through community college, more than 13 years of administrative experience in Early Childhood Education, and more than 14 years of technical and analysis experience in business environments.

She is active in the community working with non-profit and faith-based organizations and serves as a director on three other Boards. Jayne has a BS in Computer Information Systems and an MA in Adult Education Administration from Florida A&M University. She lives in Marysville, Washington and likes to spend time with her husband (a Boeing engineer), three sons, and two granddaughters.
