marketing Questions

Is my published book going to be online for sale?

Yes! There are many places where your published work will and can be posted for sale, including our online book store, Amazon, and more. For a full breakdown of all sale platforms available to your book after publishing with us, read about Our Distribution Network.

How do I market my book after it’s published?

Marketing a published book is a key component to boosting book visibility, sales, and royalties. Byblio Press provides a number of marketing services, but we cannot guarantee book sales or royalties. For more on our marketing services, visit Marketing Your Book.

What will it cost me to publish my book?

Publishing your work with Byblio Press means paying installments throughout the publishing process as we proceed with each step and paying for all services you elect along the way. The cost of each book varies based on word count (length), graphics and formatting selections (additional services and/or time), and any additional services you select (e.g., translations, audiobooks). For more details on what you may select and therefore be financially required to pay to publish your work with us, visit Publishing Cost and Publishing Services.

What will I get paid for my book?

By publishing with Byblio Press, our authors retain 100% of the royalties earned from their book sales. For more about how royalties work, read Royalties.

Will I be taxed for publishing my book? Or taxed on any royalties earned?

Like the old adage, taxes are a part of life. So yes, taxes are required of any income reported from the publishing and sale of a book. Everyone’s tax situation is a little different, so read Tax Information for more details about how we manage tax requirements for book sales.
